Sonami performs her composition “Why_dreams like a Loose Engine” with an evocative text by Melody Sumner Carnahan. LAETITIA SONAMI is an electronic composer, performer and sound installation artist. Her performance work combines text, music and found sound, in compositions which have been described as “performance novels”. Her interactive installations focus on embedding every day objects with kinetic and sonic personalities.
